Immobiliare
Census Import Tester
Import or update one municipality from the paired Census deployment, then monitor its run and resolve staged units.
Connection
Census city sync
The unit-led flow stages each complete unit, normalizes its address, then promotes the unit with its entities and ownership. Unresolved items wait in the staged-unit queue below.
Start Census, Realty, and this page locally
- In a terminal:
cd /home/authorNewDep/Immobiliare/backend && yarn sync-local:start. The runner uses the database, Census URL, and port configured in.env.sync-local. It starts the prepared local containers only when they are the selected targets. If Realty already answers on that port, use the existing server or choose another port withSYNC_LOCAL_PORT=3002. - In another terminal:
cd /home/authorNewDep/Immobiliare/easyFrontend && python3 -m http.server 8081. - Open
http://127.0.0.1:8081. Set Backend Base URL tohttp://127.0.0.1:3001and enter Realty's local operator token frombackend/.env.sync-local. - If this page is opened on another computer at
http://localhost:8082, use the Realty VM's reachable address as Backend Base URL (for examplehttp://192.168.200.36:3001). The VM firewall must allow that computer to reach TCP port 3001; CORS settings alone cannot open the port.
Retry staged address lookup rechecks only units marked city_scope_not_found by the older Addresses service. It preserves other review decisions and continues promotion in the same v2 run.

V2 staged units
Load unresolved units for the municipality and run ID above. Clear the run ID to include older runs; an incomplete older run may still contain untouched stages. Open one unit to see its source revision and operational record before deciding.

Selected stage and source evidence
Open a staged unit to inspect it.
Current operational unit
No unit selected.
Operator decision
Open a staged unit to see valid actions.
Resolve address
The full Census unit source below is the value preserved as cadastral_original_json when this stage is promoted. Address decisions do not edit it.
Original Census unit JSON
Open a staged unit to inspect its original source.
A validated address or no-address exception promotes an eligible new unit immediately. If an operational unit or shared entity needs reconciliation, the stage remains for operator review. An unresolved supplied address remains staged.
Review operational data
A provisional no-TIN code groups equal normalized names for Realty operations. It does not establish that those occurrences are legally the same person. Inspect the proposed entities and source evidence before accepting.
For an explicit field, entity, and ownership decision, fill every null action in the server-generated draft. Each source interest occurrence has its own index, including repeated identical shares. The backend checks versions again when submitting.
Resolve a provisional owner for one unit
Use this after a provisional owner has been promoted to Realty. It changes only the selected unit-owner association and its ownership interests. Other units and staged source records keep their provisional identity.
Selected unit, provisional owner and interests
Load a provisional link first.
Existing verified entity
Enter an entity ID and check it, or create a new entity below.
When creating a new entity, supply its verified details. An existing entity with that fiscal code must be selected by ID instead.
